How much does a PowerPoint presentation cost?

The usual first question is roughly how much a deck costs. There is no single number, but a few factors explain most of the difference. Knowing them gets you a faster quote and helps you avoid overpaying.

01Inkacuity reference prices

  • PowerPoint design: from about US$16 (NT$500), quoted by slide count and requirements.
  • Rush jobs: delivery within one hour adds 20%, subject to current workload.
  • One free revision is included; changes beyond that are quoted before they are done.
  • For jobs of NT$500 or more, a 30% deposit is paid first and the balance after you confirm delivery.

Tip To know the price of your own project, send the outline and what it is for. A quote usually comes back quickly.

02Four things that set the price

  • Slide count: the main factor. 10 slides and 30 slides are very different amounts of work.
  • Content: if each slide’s text is already written and only the design is needed, it costs least. If you only have a topic and the structure must be built, it takes much longer.
  • Charts and assets: turning data into charts, or cleaning up and re-laying out images, adds time.
  • Special requests: a required template, animation, or pacing the slides to a script is estimated separately.

03Prepare these to get a quote fast

  1. An outline or draft: Word, notes or an old deck are fine, and it does not need to be tidy.
  2. Purpose and time: a 10-minute class talk and a 20-minute company pitch need very different slides.
  3. The deadline: the tighter it is, the more it costs, so say so up front.
  4. A template or style, if your school or company has one.
  5. Your budget, so the approach can be adjusted without guessing back and forth.

04How to compare quotes

  • Check how many revisions are included and how extra ones are charged.
  • Check the delivery format: pptx, pdf, or both.
  • Check payment and cancellation terms: whether there is a deposit and what cancelling costs after work starts.
  • When prices differ a lot, compare what is included before comparing the numbers.

05Ways to spend less

  • Write the text for each slide yourself and ask only for the design. That is cheaper than starting from scratch.
  • Give the full requirements at once, which means far fewer revisions later.
  • If you have time, do not choose rush delivery.

Q&AFAQ

Can I see the result before paying?

For jobs under NT$500, you pay after delivery. For NT$500 or more, a 30% deposit is paid first and the balance after you confirm delivery.

Can you make only some of the slides?

Yes, the quote is based on the actual number of slides.

I only have an idea and no content. Is that okay?

Yes, but structuring and writing the content takes more work than formatting alone, so the quote is higher. Just explain the topic, the purpose and the time you have.

Will I get an editable pptx?

Yes. You receive a file you can edit yourself, and a pdf too if you need one.

Rather have it done for you?

PowerPoint design service, from about us$16. Your content turned into a clear, consistent deck for class, project or pitch, usually the same day.
